Shakerato

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 2 × 45 ml espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar

Preparation

  • Put the ice cubes and sugar in a shaker.
  • Add 2 shavings of lemon zest.
  • Prepare 2 espressi and add them to the shaker too.
  • Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Serving suggestion

Pour the freshly shaken drink into a small latte macchiato glass immediately.
